Cleaning Process
Step One: Pre-Inspection, We will walk with you through your home and note any areas that need extra attention and also discuss items to be moved. After identifying the carpets condition and type we can select the specific carpet cleaning formula to use to clean your carpet.
Step Two: Pre-Vacuum, As needed, your carpet will be thoroughly pre-vacuumed to remove dry soil. Removing dry soil is one of the most important steps in carpet cleaning.
Step Three: Pre-Spray & Pre-Spot, Traffic areas and spots are pretreated with a pre-spray for more effective soil and spot removal
Step Four: Agitation, Mechanical agitation using counter rotating brush or rotary machine for agitation pre-treatment into carpet.
Step Five: Extract & Rinse, Once the soil has been loosened, our hot water extraction process will thoroughly flush the carpet pile with a rinsing agent. Pressure and heat are regulated so that the carpet is not over-wet.
Step six: Reset Pile, After Extraction and Rinsing process, we reset the pile by using a pile brush.
Step Seven: Turbo Dry, Using a powerful air mover to get the drying process well on it’s way.
Step Eight: Post-Inspection, We will walk with you through your home again to make sure all spots, stains and traffic areas have been thoroughly cleaned.
