Today i cleaned a Lounge/Dining Room in Bowerham Lancaster. The family have two young children that run from the garden into the house through the patio doors which has over time soiled the carpet. After a good vacuum with my Kirby Vac i used a microsplitter and a mechanical scrub to help break down the dirt in the carpet. Then used a steam boosted hot water extraction to rinse and extract dirt from the carpet. The customer was very happy with the results and left a good comment for me on Google +, then got a text from his wife to say she has just got home and the carpets look brilliant.
