Today i cleaned stairs and living room carpets at Galgate, Lancaster. I did a pre-inspection on Sunday to find out the carpet type and condition of carpet so i knew exactly how i was going to clean the carpets, on this occasion after a thorough vacuum i chose a microsplitter pre-spray that was agitated into the carpet and left for a 20 minute dwell time. This process was followed up by a hot water extraction rinse to remove soils and residue and at the same time all remaining spots and stains where treated and rinsed out where possible. The customer was happy to leave me in the house alone whilst she went out to do her jobs.
